What You Need to Know
Materials are customer-provided. Our flat rate covers labor and standard tools only. You supply any materials, hardware, fixtures, or specialty items needed for your punch list.
Missing materials reduce your scope. If we arrive and materials aren't ready, we'll work on tasks we can complete. Time lost to material runs or waiting counts against your booked hours.
